Trending @Capgemini; Notice period in Capgemini
I got an offer from a a reputed MNC and the joining date they gave is in 2 months but according to Capgemini policies we have to serve 90 days , my manager talked to HR for an early release or 1 month buy out option still the HR is adamant about serving 90 days
Is there any other way to get the notice period reduced to 60 days??
PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS
This offer is very important for my career growth.

Don't do this mistake of absconding your current company. Because with this you will face problems in your onboarding in your next company during bgv process. Your current company won't release your relieving and experience letter and during verification the HR of cg will mentioned that you absconded and didn't served the whole notice period to your next company HR. Moreover, there'll be the overlapping of your service period history in the epfo because you didn't followed the proper procedure of leaving the company and they will put the exit date of 90 days after the resignation automatically on the epfo portal. By doing this you will face problems in any job ahead as any hiring department will conduct the background check with your previous company about your service history and there you'll get caught. This will affect your career. I've seen some people did the same mistake like this and now they're unemployed, as no good company is hiring them because of this fraudulent activity that they've performed.

Thank you for the advice, I wouldn't do such things I'll surely serve a 90 day notice period

90 days for sure

just resign and join the new company. these big firms like capgemini can't stop you from moving on. they will eventually let you go if you stand firm. don't worry about the notice period, focus on your future.
