Notice Period in Bench at TCS for C3B roles, Do they ask to serve 90 Days Or release early if they release do they pay salary
Talk to your HR, HR will take one approval from the RMG head, after RMG head approval, HR will write one email to HR head with details that why associates need early release, If HR head is convinced then he/she will give the approval for the release and HR will give the clerance on iTalent portal and take 2 days for separation team. if HR gives the clarance on 20th November then your last working day will be 22nd November.
Do not fight any HR, RMG Or anyone, just raise your genuine points on email and discuss only with your HR.
Do not discuss with anyone like RMG, RMG head, HR Head Or anyone. Your HR have the full power to release you in 3 days. Always be in request mode.
I have taken the release in 3 days in this month. 😁😁😁

Now TCS started cost cutting thy will release frm TCS max 1 week separation policies changed since frm Feb 2024.
But thy is chances if you want better offer with Good hike counter offer better go to short term project my suggestion.
Early release is very much possible if you are on bench. It all depends on HR as they take exception approval based on your requests.
As you will be requesting early release this will be treated as buyout of notice period .
If you don't request early release they will not initiate early release
