Notice Period Heavy Work Load
Hi Tim, I've been working in DCS for the past 4 years and I have worked sincerely in the past the end of years. But since I need to change the company I have prepared and I had kept resignation in the past 2 months but now it is. These guys are really torturing me. They are just simply giving heavy tasks and I could not able to complete in the stipulated time and they are forcing me to do this works. Even in the notice. I inform that I could not able to do even though they are forcing me.
Will there be any problem if I could not able to deliver those tasks. Will my notice. Will be increasing? What might be the consequences of it? I thought of not working and give them it will be completed like that.
Nothing will happen. They can't do anything. Do as much as possible.
Yes follow your 9 hours and invest time in upskilling and finding another offer.. last month work the least so they find replacement. Speak everyday about replacement.

Thank you for ur words...I feel relaxed since they have put so much pressure on me and they don't care about my situation and neither are they planning to retake me into company.. I really regret working 4 years for this company
