Trending @Infosys; Notice period headache

Hii ppl

I have a notice period of 3 months which is a big NO for most of the companies..... I desperately want to switch but most recruiters shy away after hearing my notice period duration. This worries me so much that I simply can't sleep and so I'm writing this at 2 in the morning. Plss help that what I could do to overcome this situation. Genuinely need your advice.

Unfortunately everyone passes through the same. Try Requesting for early release after 2 months. Negotiating right at the beginning will not give u the desired result.

Negotiate with ur current employer to reduce notice period. Offer to help with transition or find ur replacement. Sometimes, they may agree. Also, look for companies that accept longer notice periods. Stay positive.
