No you can't Because you've UAN number. So Any Company can easily know that you're employed already. And they'll also ask for releiveing letter from Infy otherwise you can't join another Company.

You can ask the Unit HR to deduct additional days from Salary, Recently many in our team got only 30 day notice period since project level lay-off happened

My junior did it, only served 25 days. She lied saying that she has been accepted in US University and needs to go immediately. What she did is basically took one of her friends acceptance letter and edited that and sent to manager.

But it can only happen if your experience is less than 4/5 years. After that manager will understand it's a scam

If you talk, they will reduce. But I’ve not seen anybody get away with less than 60 days. Even buyout didn’t work, but that probably depends on how critical you’re for the project you’re in.

Bench experience might vary. If you have an offer in hand, talk to your manager.
