I am currently working for a client from home. If I give resignation should I need to spend the notice period at office or can I continue wfh.

how are you doing wfh ? Does your client have an office in India? If yes then the same arrangement can continue till end of the NP

They have offices at Bengaluru and noida, and I assigned to Hyderabad head office of CG

Just chill... Nobody cares for the NP guys. You don't need to go to office while serving the notice period.
