Trending @Wipro; Notice period for new joiner

I joined wipro 3rd of June, till now I am not billable, my billing status is showing free. I am not associated with any account. I have two questions

  1. If I resign how many days I need to serve? Whether they will release me immediate

  2. there is 45 days policy, if you are are in bench after 45 days you will on LOP. so my question for new employee what is the period to get project to avoid LOP.

Are you supposed to go to office at least 3 days when you are free in Billing status?

You need to go to the office, if you are on the bench and be available on teams.

I am on bench right now. They didn't align in any project. Now they are saying we are trying to align any project you need to crack two round interview. I am scaring if I didn't get any project in 45 days, I will be on LOP
that's why I wanted to try outside as well.
