I was working in a project and now in bench. I am about to get a job in another company. Suppose if i put resignation, will they release me immediately or will i have to serve three months notice period. Or, if they ask me to leave immediately, can i extend notice period to min 2 months

Notice period for bench employees is 30 days. You can reduce it if you discuss with your manager
