Trending @Infosys; Notice Period for bench Employees

Hi I had initiated seperation through Seperation prlortal on 24th may while i am on bench. There is no update on the status yet. Do bench Employees need to serve 3 months notice period. Can i negotiate or atleast can i get early release after paying money.

Since i have received a package which is more than double and a developer position,i guess it will be worth if i pay for early release since the new company demands early joining (1 month).
