1. I am on bench since more than a month and no projects 2. Meanwhile along with internal interviews I have interview outside also with a clear understanding that notice period is 3 months in CH even when we are on bench. 3. Now I got a call that they can talk on CTC only if I confirm whether I can join them in 30 days 4. Even if I say 45 days they can talk to the team and see if it’s possible 5. They are even talking about is buy out possible 6. This is totally wrong on their part when I clearly mentioned at the start and even that HR told it’s not possible to get 1 month notice in CG even on bench Can somebody guide me please …..
