Trending @Accenture; Notice period (Feedback on workday)

Currently serving my notice period and around 45 days completed, by today I got feedback from my bastard lady manager basically my project is based on rotational shifts timing. Yesterday I swapped my shifts with my colleague due to some emergencies. She mentioned that he does not log in during his scheduled shifts despite critical issues occurring and he should strengthen technical capabilities blaw...blaw..

I don't care about this feedback and her attitude but will it affect my LWD and will get any black mark on my relieving letter.

Please share your thoughts and experience on this. Really I need some opinions.

Nothing will happen in case you backed out and decide to stay

They can put you in pip but it won't change your lwd or experience letter just you can't join Accenture in future.

Congratulations and best wishes for the new journey

And please don't back out otherwise it will be hell for you

Thanks for your words

Of course I am feeling the same that they are not even worth fighting back and the best decision I have ever made in my life is decided to leave this organization.

@Agile

And one more question that they can put me into PIP even though I have been serving my notice period? If they can put me, what will happen? Will it change my LWD?

Pip under serving notice associates will question their quota management, for relieving candidates. I don't find a reason for you to worry even if that happens.
In case they do, we have a strong foundation to ask, why this now and not before.

Nothing to worry about if you are not planning to join this organisation in the near future, These are cost saving tactics, and management shits they carry along.
There are numerous posts under the same criteria. Do not fall for them.
If you want to fight do it, but they aren't worth it.
