One of my team members got early release by HR (1 week notice period) as he was on bench

Not sure but 90 days only Only probation period has 30 days

Remains same, but the manager will most likely reduce the Notice Period since the person is already on bench.

Do we have to request for early release or does hr automatically let ypu go if you are on bench

You’ll get released early if you are on bench. Last year couple of friends got released in 15-20 days

Hi, one of my friend served only 21 days of notice period, since he is already in bench he requested Hr to release.
