Notice period extension

My TL is blackmailing me in my notice period to train my replacement resource until he's capable of working as a critical resource or else will extend the notice period/ give bad remarks over the experience letter. My team took my new replacement after my 60 days of servicing period and within 30 days I needed to train him with all the stuff and the bad part was not being able to do basic stuff.

So, is there any possibility to extend my notice period and give any negative feedback. I am not able to voice out this due to politics and other stategies, Please suggest who to approach for this.

@SatisfiedMob16 Nothing to worry,all this are common.Enjoy your notice period.They cannot even extend your notice period. Start blackmailing your TL and say i will post about you and your work culture in social media.No organisation cares about your feedback or they will never ask.

Even better just record the kt sessions and then you are done now it’s on the resource to learn all that at his or her own pace.

KT sessions part is completed, still he's not up to mark. So my TL is suggesting to extend LWD.
