Trending @Accenture; Notice period exemption

Hi, i have raised an exit request and i want my last working date to be 5 days earlier of my proposed last working date. In these 5 days 2 days are weekend.

I have sent a mail to HR and she asked me to get approval from MD

I have sent him a mail but he has ignored it and not replied at all. It has been 3 days since i sent the mail.

Please help me how else can i get his approval. I have 35 days of leave balance.
