Is there anyway we can get early release in CG.

You will have to pay 2 months salary to the company and can serve a month notice. I heard this from my supervisor. Buy out is also there in case your new company is ready for it.

But manager and HR is saying early release is closed in CG and they are not even agreeing on buyout.

Same case with me even though the new company is ready to buy out, the CG team is not agreeing, but we have to continuously push them in order to get something.
