Hey guys!
I have been released from the project. I will be on the bench now, if I give resignation while being on the bench will I still go through loss of pay after 45 days. Will my notice period be reduced as nobody would prefer to go through loss of pay.
Please provide insights on this

Nope unfortunately you will have to serve your entire 3 months notice period. Even I am facing the same issue, i am on bench and have resigned for more than a month now

Are you getting any mails aboyt being on bench or anything like bench status?
My friend had a different experience he got released in 7 days
May i know how did he manage to get released in 7 days?
He just put the paper and no one asked him anything like HR not even bothered to ask him reason as he was on bench so its a luck that they released him without any efforts
