I am currently working on a billable project at Wipro and want to resign, but I have a few questions. Can anyone please help me?

  1. If I resign from Wipro, how many days before my last working day can I withdraw my resignation, and what is the process?

  2. Is there a way to negotiate the notice period?

  3. How can I change my project, and what is the process?

  1. I have withdrawn before 5 days of last working day so probably 1 day before last day u can, process - just send a mail to hr and manager for resignation revoke hr will simply do from dot app.

  1. You can withdraw before your Last Working Day
  2. Notice Period is non negotiable
  3. Reachout to RMGs, Project Managers of other Accounts, Recruiters, Internal Job portal (IJP) etc
