As per the norms it is 90 days but at the end it depends on the management whether to keep the same or reduce the notice period. It all depends on your work. If you are a critical resource then mostly they won’t give you an early release. They will decide it on multiple parameters like whether you are on bench, under performing or cutting the budget etc. Anyways you are getting an early release and extra one month pay that is great. Generally they do not give it for most of us who actually needs.
