Trending @Infosys; Notice period during probation

How can we reduce the notice period during probation? On portal it is showing as 3.months only, but can the manager reduce it to 1 month?

Ideally during probation Np is 1 month only. Check your offer letter for any change. It should have been clearly mentioned
