Notice period during probation
I currently work at Infosys and still on probation. I have not been assigned with a project yet. I have been offered a better job at a better company with a better package and work life balance. But the catch is that they want me to join in a month. What is the notice period at Infosys during probation? There was no notice period clause mentioned for probation in the offer letter too. Can anyone pleas help me as I have to drop my resignation tomorrow.

What is the point of 90 days notice period for an employee on probation who has no projects?
But my friend also was on probation he talked with hr only and got one month notice period...he said if anyhow probation is cleared then it's 3 months of notice period else of one month

As far as I know During probation the notice period is 1 month
Even if it is 3 months whne you are in probation, call HR and try to negotiate if you are not assigned to any project.
Since you are in bench they will release you immediately

Its 1 month in probation. I know because people on probation in my project have been let go in a month. Even better if you are on bench.
