Notice period drama 😭

I am on the bench for 1 month from June 1st and I resigned on 27th June because I got a good offer , but now TCS gives a 90 day notice period and they are not negotiating over it. Are there any opportunities for buyout or any loophole.

True. Also, I heard quite a few examples where they asked the candidate if they want early release but not sure why not the op is able to get it..
