Trending @Infosys; Notice Period Doubt..Need help

Hey Friends.. I have a doubt.. It would be too helpful if you guys clear it..

I am on bench currently I don't have any offer. What if I put notice period today, then can company remove me before 3 months without my consent..Or I will have the 3 months time for me .. Basically I want to clear that.. while serving notice period of 90 days , can company remove me anytime without my consent ??
