Notice period dilemma

I am a product designer working in fintech industry currently on notice period. Have been allotted with esops a yr back. Now have heard from sr management although nothing official yet about merger and acquisition with a bigger giant. If the deal goes through it would mean huge 💵eventually. Although this would take more 6 months

But currently have an offer in hand to work in a gaming company as ux designer starting next month.

What are all things should I consider before taking a decision?
