Notice Period Dilemma
I have a notice period of 60 days in my current company. But when recruiters reach out to me and hear my notice period, they sound reluctant and ghost me out. Because everyone wants an immediate joiner. Should I start lying about my notice period? If yes, what should I say to maximise my chances of getting short listed for interviews?

When I went through it while being in TCS, I said I have 30days NP. Normally they accept it, in case they dig deeper say that you have early release option. Once you have an offer make sure to say you are serving and 30 days are left and try asking for extension from the first offer when joining date is closer.
