Hi infoscian,
Can anyone guide me how to tackle the 90 days notice period..
I want to switch after giving my 3+ years here at Infosys.
I am getting interview calls but all are rejecting on 90 days notice period.
Also, I am not able to take a risk putting papers and serving NP without offer in hand, as I am the lone earner of my family
The only way to navigate through this is - there are companies who agree for 90 days NP. Look for such companies, appear for them and secure a job offer no matter if you like the company or not. Once you have an offer in hand, put your papers at Infy and then go on full throttle for interviews with other companies. The most interesting offers come during the last month of your NP. If you're lucky they'll even give you a joining bonus. Good luck

Thanks for your insights

Iam facing exact problem iam might chose to put papers down without offer , because the companies who are ok with 90 day np are less and we are not sure they openings and they we are not sure we might crack that specific one only . I wanna take chances and put papers i would still have 90 more days right, this is peak season for switch don't wanna miss this , I will try as much as I can in 90 days but prepping and applying, hoping by 15-30 days I will get more calls and will be crack good offer with any company , coz now np doesn't matter as I will be serving last days .

Same here ðŸ˜

I am also facing the same problem.
