Trending @Accenture; Notice period compulsory?

My friend got a govt job and she is expected to join on June 30, 2025. The offer came today.

She is planning to put papers immediately.

Will accenture approve the buyout or relieving?

Buyout depends on manager I think, Tell her to reach out to manager frst and drop a official mail to HR, Manager and Lead

If it is govt job, don't worry about Accenture. They can't do anything other than writing something bad in your experience letter and that doesn't matter for govt job.

entirely depends on the line manager. MNCs like to torture people for no reason.

You can go to lead and manager ask to use the earned leaves to release at the earliest. If they trouble you, send a mail to the manager of your manager and lead clearly saying that there is no dependency & still they are doing this out of spite. Keep HR as they act as a spectators at time.

Why you need to serve a notice period for a govt job, you can tell HR that it's a govt job and you don't need an experience letter, either release in a month or you will abscond.

If you don't serve notice period, maximum Accenture can hold an experience letter.
