My manager is not ready to negotiate my notice period of 90 days. I don’t want to service more than 30 days due to personal. Manager is not ready to help. what can i do?

check with HR once, but if not there is no other option i guess , if u r willing to lose your experience certificate then u can leave immediately too

Legally they can't make you serve the notice period, but they will create issues regarding your experience letter and end pay
