Hey Ppls , Currently working at mnc for around 3 years , Not happy with the hike , promotions . Started looking for other opportunities, Cracked one of the product Based Company , but they asked me to Join within 60 days , where In my case it is 90 days np , how do I resolve this conflict and tackle this ?! Any suggestions could be helpful !?

On the same page. Got 20 day early release (I couldn't negotiate more than that)If you are not an important resource, then they will consider. For my case, I emailed to my manager and senior manager (Delivery) for this and they replied they have no issues to release me early, so tagged my project HR and then the negotiations started).
