Notice Period…..
I joined tcs as a fresher three months back and I am planning to switch ASAP.Tcs made all of us sign a one year bond and also we need to serve a three month notice period.If I want to resign can I do it in the 9th month of my tenure or do I need to wait for an year…!?

You can resign in the 9th month, but you might have to pay a penalty for breaking the bond. TCS policies are strict, so plan carefully.
