Is there a way I can get my notice period reduced, after all after listening 90 days, freecharge shut the door on my face, now I can't stop worrying that why others won't do the same. Please help me
**my manager is toxic.

I came to know about a technique from one of my friend. Try to go to bench and refrain from joining any new projects. What will happen is your employer will be paying your salary instead of client. This will put a pressure on your employers wage bill which they don't want. In that scenario if you put your resignation then they will release you immediately.

Nice idea

First check when your are allocation is going to end for your current project. If it’s gonna end in one month then make sure that you will not be allocated to any other project further . Since you are billable till the allocation date your manager might use that reason and won’t release you from project. You have to please your manager with some reason for sure(no choice as everything will be in manager hand) and if your TL supports you by saying that your dependency is not required in current project or in upcoming days , then you ask or talk your manager about all these points and get early release. Once you are in bench you end things within a week.

If you have the skills and the financial wherewithal to withstand for couple of months of headwind, resign asap. Then start applying after 45-60 days

The issue is.... I need to be relieved earlier

If you don’t want relieving letter you can. But other wise no go. Especially since your manager is toxic. Why do think he will cr ate opportunities for you to leave
