Buyout is a very costly option in cg if your pkg is very good and they will hardly consider it
Your senior manager may be ready but it's up to HR ,they can reject your manager request
Early release is a dream in cg

Yes there is but out option. If you want to reduce the notice period for free it’s with your supervisor
