Notice period cancellation
I'm missing opportunities due to the notice period of 90 days, i'm thinking of applying to jobs after dropping papers, what is the duration to cancel resignation? (Just in case i dont land any offers), is it upto them to accept/reject the request for cancellation of resignation?

I think before your last day also u can cancel ur resignation.. Just drop a mail that you wish to take it back
