Trending @Accenture; Notice period can be reduced?

Can notice period be reduced to one month? Or we should be serving all 3 months for sure? I'm planning to give the notice in this september.

You can leave early for the following reasons:

  • personal / health problems, in this case you have to pay Accenture for the no of days u r leaving early
  • Higher studies, no penalty charges

So I can show the admit letter for higher studies and leave immediately or just the notice will be reduced to one?

so for higher studies no need of paying anything to avoid notice period. need to show the i20/ visa accepted proof
