Notice period
Is it possible to reduce notice period in TCS (90 days to 30 days)
Bro my colleague was on Bench and didnt came to office past 6 months just randomly sometimes like 5-6 times in a month . RMG told him we will compensate with your future salary of 6 months .. He said i cant give... they said u have to ... My friend said Then i dont want to work here... Next day was his last day officially....
That was the shortest notice period i saw.. 2 days i would say..😂😂 and its recent march 2024
I have seen people leaving TCS within 30-60 days. It's all depends on your Manager. If you request HR to release you early, then HR will ask your manager for the same. If Manager having any replacement for you & he agrees, then all good. But this hardly happens, I saw one case who got early release who was HR itself.
So, finally it's all upto your Manager & your Luck.
