Trending @Accenture; Notice Period Buyout Reimbursement

Can anyone tell how to claim for notice period buyout reimbursement? I have joined Accenture recently. NP buyout was par of my offer letter , now despite submitting claim through Myte and salary related reimbursement, it is not processed and I'm not getting helpful answer from neither the HR nor the Recruiter.
