Notice period buyout option in TCS

What is the process for this in TCS? Is this still available for us in our policy? If yes please suggest ways or ideas to convince manager and HR for this.

If allocated then 99% you need to serve 3 months notice period.

1% chance if you have a good manager which is rare in TCS

My manager isn't very great. Should I directly ask HR for options to reduce notice period? Is it possible in any way?

In the internet it is written that TCS offers a buyout option. Also it is provided that we can use earned leaves to compensate right? Are all these not possible? Can we discuss with HR on these?

They changed the policy after covid phase. It became mandatory to serve entire 90 days. Other option is to apply as many sick leaves you have and let tgeyvd code if they want to pay for being on leave. Secondly you can stop attending calls/ logging in/ or reporting to office. Let them think they want to pay you for absconding as mostly they will release after few attempts.
