I am an ASE with a 3-month notice period. Could you please confirm if there is a buyout option available for the notice period? If so, what would be the cost?
If your salary is INR 30,000 per month:
30,000/22= approx INR 1.3k per day
Now let's say you have 2 weeks = 10 working days left in the np.
Then 10*1.3k = around 13k
You would have to pay approximately 13k to buy out your remaining notice period of 10 days.
Amount will depending on the number of days left of your service.
I think this is it. Google it Just in case.
Btw make them believe that you/your family has some health issues with regards to that request an early release with buyout. Also try to use your Earned leaves against the no.of days left
