Yes It is possible if you do not have that much dependency.....

In my project one person got released in 15 days with the above scenario as he does not have much dependency and got a govt. Job.

All depends on your TL and Management.

okay thanks, but is it really a policy for one to get released immediately in case of a government job or we are stuck with manager and HR's approval only.

I am not sure about the policy but They will release if your manager is kind enough and you do not have any dependency.

I know Some manager they will act like they will care for you but in real they will play with you. But in my POV u will get released as you got a govt job. Pls go back to them every minute.

Try to convince first else make the situation like that they will release you.

if it's govt job, and tcs not much dependent on your career. just tell them I'll not reporting from this day. they'll do absconding on you. and do FnF. if it's matter of career, absconding is not good. but as you have govt job, i think you should not care about absconding

after absconding will they let you go fnf(full and final settlement) ? I want to leave properly with experience letter as i has best of my time here with TCS

No absconding don't change your FnF and you'll get full of it without deduction. and yeah, leaving properly is obviously good, but if they don't agree to let you go and you want to join govt job, there's no other option available
