Hi, I am L12 in an internal project and due to personal reasons I might have to resign in the coming month. What is the process to resign and get the buy out option? I don't have any major dependency and I can serve max 1 month of notice period.

Ask them to put on PIP. Will get released from comp in 1 month and get 2 months salary too

If it’s personal reason why do you want to buy out? You can just sit idle at home during notice period , no one asks or forces you do any tasks as you don’t have major dependency
