Notice Period But Manager is forcing for daily office
Hi , I’m on NP. I have health complication due to which i have put down paper. I am a business analyst and hence report to client location for which WFO Exception is raised. But now my manager is forcing me to come to office or wfo exception wont be apporved. What shall i do
Forget VP anyway. If possible, go and swipe once in a while to show that you're following wfo. Then try to arrange medical certificates if possible. Tell manager you'll go as soon as you feel better but right now doctor has advised to not travel. Try to buy as much time as you can. Be bold but at the same time don't be unprofessional or rude in your communication. Finally don't bother about all this nonsense. Do what suits your health best. Your health and well being should be your priority.
If you fear a lot , nothing will workout. Just don't go to office. There are thousands of associates who are not at all visiting office and not having exception
