Notice period at tcs

I’m planning to drop notice here at tcs, I don’t have any offer in hand, with 2 years of experience my learning curve isn’t that good and my team seniors are no mentor they only want the work to get done, I want to take this risk, few seniors told don’t do it but few told take it as challenge and you will learn a lot to trust in myself to work hard and grab offer in 90days, someone must have been in same situation, what are your thoughts on this guys ?

First and foremost, it is risky to drop paper without an offer. Try to upskill and keep applying for jobs. If you are still not getting any responses and are unable to sustain here, leave and try to find job within 90 days. If you get it, great! If not, simply withdraw your resignation if necessary.

I am currently in notice period, do you know the process to withdraw resignation? Will they accept even if I withdraw before 2 months 😶

I got to know from somewhere that they will accept it even if you withdraw it before your last day..

Try to appear for TCS certification courses and wings programs to help yourself.

Do we need to give reason at the time of applying for resignation mail.. if we dont have an offer can we tell that we have an offer from other company, do hr ask for proof.

Yes we have to give them reason, if u want to retain they might ask I’m not sure about that.
