Notice period at TCS
Hi guyssss I have kept notice period on TCS. HR accepted and mentioned name in E-SEP portal as my manager did not do.
I have a doubt like even after E-SEP has raised but still if I get manager approval only will my notice starts or how does this work?
As I need early release in notice I can’t serve 90 days notice period
Please help!!!! What is the process and whom should I follow up Like when should I submit laptop and all those??
From the day of your mail, but did hr agree for early release?
They said.. If Manger is ok then we can see
No no non sense things happening in tcs the start date they are saying is when they raise separaton process in ultimatix my notice period is actually 3 days more than 90 days I have sent with resignation mail attached still no response from them i am waiting for response so that I can take appropriate actions
