Notice Period & WFO

I am currently serving NP, I have still some 30 working days only remaining. So I am currently not going to office for the past 10 days. I informed my manager and HRBP that I'll be not able to come to office due to health reasons. I submitted the valid documents to them, based on doctor recommendation, I asked for 6 weeks WFO exception, they rejected it by Playing the corporate gimmick. So I decided not to show to office and took WFH for the last 10 days. Now the manager has sent mail attaching the 2office screenshot to the HR. I am planning to go by next week only.

What are the consequences of Non compliance to WFO? They deduct QVA only right? Or any other actions.

Are you billable resource? May be, that is their frustration. Why take mental stress in last few weeks, so do whatever needed unless you are really not able to go to office.

Ok, I am delivering on expected levels from my side. But since this appraisal I am not interested to do WFO and maintain 100% which I did till June. When there is no recognition or nothing, why do I have to make myself suffer while the top level and project management enjoy the perks and benefits.

Yes justified. Anyway you are in notice period right, do whatever is right for your future self..

Even I am serving notice period and I am not going to office due to my health reasons. Don't worry they can't extend your notice period. Just go for 1 or 2 days in a week.

Ok thanks. But Do they create any problems in FNF or Experience Certificate like that?
