Trending @Accenture; Notice period and PIP

What should be the best option when you know the manager is going to put you in pip. If I resigned will it affect my notice period or experience letter. Please suggest.

If you know you are going to get pip. Better start searching job do not put paper. Anyways pip employee will get leave I 3 months notice. If you are lucky you can be early joiner.
