Hi all, I just want to get clarity on one thing which is can I skip the 90 day notice period if I was on bench for over a month and want to resign from the company. Please give your inputs here so that everyone understands the wipro policy.... Thanks in advance.

If the bench period ends, exit process will start soon after bench end date

If you resign during the bench, HR will ask to still serve a notice period of 90 days

after 60 days.. if you're not getting projects you can talk with HR to release
