I recently got into another project in wipro and also got an offer from another company. If I want to resign then can I negotiate in notice period. Please suggest

As per the policy you are supposed to serve 3 months. But talk to the HR once. Release chances are less but try to negotiate saying you are relocating.

Early release is on hold.. they will not do it..only way is to get self terminated by violating a policy but you will not be rehired
