Is it depend on HR/RMG or pakka i can get early release??
Only if you are on bench you can get an early release. One of my team mate on bench got in 2-3 weeks.
If you have an allocation then you need to serve for 3 months.
On paper it is 90 days whether you are allocated or not.. But Rmg and HR may release you early if they don't find any way to utilise you in notice period
