Trending @Accenture; Notice period advise
I have 68 days remaining in my notice period. I'm trying to be good and to complete the assigned work but still one of the leads is targeting me and she sounds blaming me all the time in the call. I'm frustrated and not interested in working because of this. They are not taking replacements also. Please advise how to manage this situation.
it’s difficult to get the release but don’t worry they will release you on your date of exit and the replacement will be taken care by them..so even if they r not hiring, u don’t have to worry
Start with asking politely on call not to speak with you in that way, tell her this 1:1. If it still continues inform the same with firmness when everyone is on the call.
They can't do jack shit. Do the bare minimum while on notice
