Notice period
What if we do not want to serve 3 months notice period and how to proceed for that process.

Unfortunately TCS does not allow associates to leverage a buyout and you have to serve the three month notice period as per your agreed service contract . If you are on the bench without a project, you can still try to have a conversation with your RMG and unit HR for an early release but if you are in an active billable project it is not an option .

Thanks, got some clarity

You don't want to serve the notice period? What a joke! This isn't a school where you can skip classes. You signed a contract, remember? You can't just walk away because you feel like it. It's called professionalism, learn it. And if you can't, then maybe you should reconsider your career choices. "Zimmedari se bhaag rahe ho?" What's your plan for when your next employer asks about this?

@Codex How ediotic one can be, He's asking way out for notice period and you going completely off the track. It seems you never had broader picture, so is the reason you could think in this worst possible way.

Hey!
Thanks for reverting.
TCS don't offer WFH but we have option of raising exception for some particular reason or justified situation to do WFH. Same way I know we can not break contract but there can be a deal or way out to do this for which I was looking. Instead to giving me straight answer you are trying to teach me a lesson. Better if you do introspection to understand if that was a professionalism to reply the way you did it.
Also, I never skipped my classes.
