Trending @Cognizant; Notice period

Hi all,I joined cognizant in August 2022 now I'm on the bench and don't get any projects even get calls from the support team but previously when I started my career I'm in a .net development project sudden ramp down lead to pdp assignment.I'm searching outside but many recruiter wants notice period less than 90 days.I'll get a volunteer resignation with short period if I'm in bench or I want to serve 90 days even I'm in the bench ? Please answer
